Booking Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% or €200, whichever is greater, per property is payable at the time of booking.
- Final payment for accommodation is payable six weeks prior to arrival for your holiday.
- Prices include: bed and household linen, underfloor central heating, electricity and baskets of wood.
- Travel cots (but not bedding) can be supplied free of charge for babies under 2. High chairs are also available.
- Arrival time is between 4pm and 7pm and departure time is by 10am.
- You may use the swimming pool complex (swimming pool, steam room and exercise room) without charge.
- We regret that no children under the age of 4 may use the swimming pool complex. Children between the ages of 4 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult while in the swimming pool complex.
- Due to Health & Safety concerns, we cannot allow use of your own paddling pool on the Estate.
- We regret that smoking is not allowed inside any of the buildings at Inish Beg including the holiday cottages & homes.
- As there are dogs and cats on the estate guests with pets are only able to stay in The Foresters House, which is set in its own 10 acre woodland.
- There is no extra charge for the use of our extensive video library.
